It's Raining Powdered Sugar...

One of these things is not like the other...One of these things doesn't belong...

Tuesday, January 10...50 degrees and sunny...

Notice the sun shining...the warmth felt so good...no jacket necessary...

Thursday, January 12...31 degrees...blowing snow...winter storm warning...

I don't mind the snow at all...it is this schizophrenic weather that has gotten to me...
This is winter...I expect the 20 and 30 degree temps, snow, ice, bad traffic...bring it on!!  I am just not a fan of the unexpected.  Winter means dressing in layers, bundling up the kids, scraping ice of the car...

In case you were curious...I know you are...
I went to the doctor for the headaches.  It was getting to a point where about 4 or 5 days of the week were spent with mind numbingly bad headaches...rendering me useless.  The doctor was not sure what was triggering them, so I have to go to an Opthamologist and get a CAT scan...wonderful!!  Also, my migraines might be triggered by certain types of food...I have already eliminated sugar...now no more nuts and certain cheeses.  I am already a picky vegetarian...soon there will be nothing left to eat!!  But, I will do anything to rid myself of the constant pounding go on in my head!!

I can't decide which outfit I like better - you look super cute all bundled up (great coat)! Sorry to hear about the headaches, hopefully it will prove to be a simple solution...

LOVE both your cardigans. Hope you figure out what's behind the headaches soon!

I'm so glad both of these outfits made it into a post together--a perfect story of this wacky winter weather! Kudos to you for being dressed appropriately both days--I'm always that person in the too-warm sweater or who forgot snow boots. I'm especially fond of that leopard cardi!

And if you took your outfit pictures now - the contrast you'd get to Tuesday! How crazy has this weather been? I've enjoyed the snow today, but it can go away and give us back our warm, sunny weather anytime.

Love the Missoni shoes!

Hope you can figure out what's causing the headaches soon - that's definitely no fun :(

Both outfits are great and that coat is fabulous!

Hope you are able to figure out what's causing your headaches. Headaches are no fun at all.

What a diff a day can make, huh?! I have to admit I was really getting use to the 50s this winter!

I adore that coat! You are look fab in all your pics, but man, that coat sure caught my eye!

I hope your tests go well and you get it all figured out without having to give up too much good stuff!

We had the same thing happen with the weather this week. I am still loving those Missoni for Target pumps.

We went from 60 to 35-ish overnight, which I know isn't as bad as your winter storms, but still...I'm not happy about it, at all!

I do LOVE your winter jacket, though :)

And I hope they get to the bottom of the headache situation, soon. My sister gets them, and she is on a strict, strict schedule to avoid them. Not too much sleep, not too little sleep. Very little caffeine or sugar or a laundry list of other things. It's no fun, but she does what she has to do to avoid the pain, I guess. I hope they can pinpoint the cause for your headaches a little more, though!

I really like all of your outfits, but I think the last one is my favorite. Can you believe this weather we have been having lately? It's so crazy! A few days ago, it was 60 degrees, and now it is one degree.
