And So Will You Soon I Suppose...

The leopard print t-shirt I am wearing was one of my summer staples.  While getting dressed this morning, I realized that I had not given it a second look since the seasons changed.  I decided it had been neglected long enough and threw it on with one of my many denim skirts (I might have a problem) and topped with this fun cardi/jacket/sweatshirt hybrid.  The boots were recently found in the bottom of my closet begging to be taken out and moved into the starting rotation...so I obliged them...

I am so at a loss for other ways to style this fuzzy vest.  I am pretty sure that every time I style it, it ends up over a belted button down with a pencil skirt...not very inventive...

My mind is overwhelmed by all the crap I have going on in my head right now...so, I am off to eat pizza!

Mmm...pizza sounds yummy right now. Love your vest. Have you considered a cowlneck or turtleneck?

You should try a belt OVER the vest (with a turtleneck like Style Journey said). That first outfit is such a fun blend of chic and comfy - love that moto-sweatshirt and the pop of color with the scarf :)

I looooove that jacket and those boots!! I think Tysie may have been onto something with trying the belt over the vest. That'd probably be really cute.

Maybe try the vest over a layering t-shirt, or a thin sweater, and a pair of jeans? Might be a fun way to dress things down :)

Love those boots from the first outfit!

Over a maxi skirt? (You know that's always my answer...)

I love love love the first outfit. Such a great example of polished and work-appropriate casual. Jersey and denim at the office? Yes please!

These are both great looks! The boots in the first look are great, I can't believe they were hiding out in your closet all this time! I like how you styled your fuzzy vest in the second look, simple and chic. I'd encourage you to try the vest over a dress with tights and boots, I think it would look great on you! I am also in love with the bracelets you have on in your second look, they're the perfect mix of tough and chic.

Doesn't it feel great when you can work a seasonal item into your wardrobe in the off-season?!?! I always feel so accomplished when I do!

Grey and chartreuse are one of my all-time favorite color combos in the whole entire universe! Love.

Okay, I may be off here but is your title from a Billy Joel song? Also, can I steal that first outfit? I love the leopard, that knit jacket, and the fun pop of yellow!
