So What...I Like It!

Shannon over at Life after I "Dew" has declared Wednesdays as SO WHAT Wednesdays...good thing,   I have a few issues to air...

So what if...

-I really liked the Missoni for Target collection.  I bought a dress, cardigan and a shirt (see below) and I am very excited to style them up.

-I am confused about all the hate for the collection...I know it is pricey for Target and not all natural fibers, but so...

-I thought that when I grew up, all the cattiness would stop bothering me...but guess what, it still does.

-I am so hungry...all I want to do is eat...eat...eat...not a good thing!

-I decided to stop being angry...as I finish typing this post...

Skirt-Fox's/Shirt-Missoni for Target/Cardigan, Boots-Loft/Jewelry-Target, Bauble Bar

I wanted the top to be the focus of this outfit, but not style it with a blank slate.  So, I decided to pair it with the lace skirt and add color with this great red cardigan.  The rose gold bracelet and thin silver bracelet, next to my watch, are my new Bauble Bar finds...love Bauble Bar.  They have so much fun jewelry that won't break the bank.  I love to mix metals, so the rose gold is perfect, and the silver one just has a fun industrial feel.   My order came in 3 days and there was a personalized thank you note...great customer service goes a long way in my mind.
Wow...that sounded like an advertisement...ha... definitely not... If you know me, you know I love jewelry!

That's cool you got some of the Missoni, I think the black and white design looks great on you and I like how you paired it with the red sweater. And you should like it, I actually think it was priced right considering the designer. Nice post

You must have gotten to the store early to snag so much stuff! The only hate that i have is for the people who bought up the collection to post on eBay.

I was really excited about the line, but when i heard that the stores were practically looted and the collection was sold out by 8:20, I didn't even bother going. I'll show up sometime later after they've restocked and the crazies have made some returns.

Love the top though, nice pick!

Aaaah! We are SO bloggie friends! I wore the SAME top the day I bought it. :) I also liked the collection and I LOVE Missoni.

I know what you mean about customer service. I ordered something from Lands End Canvas and it came with a note - I was impressed!

Dude this is fantastic. Love the color combo

Some people aren't happy unless they are unhappy. Screw em.

I liked the collection, too! I ended up with a pair of shoes and the sweater dress in this pattern. And Brigid got a new scarf and a skirt. And who cares if other people had issues with it...how boring would the world be if we all agreed on everything? :)

I love how you styled the top...that sweater is perfect!

That top is sharp! I love what you've done with it. The print looks great with red, and the lace skirt is a nice touch.

I think cattiness gets even more annoying when you're a grown up, because you know just how stupid and unnecessary it is. Sigh. Oh well.

I love the mix of pattern and texture you did--I think you did an awesome job styling it up! And I guess I missed the whole Missoni hate thing. All I know is that it crashed the site. What else went on? Aren't the designer collabs with Target always popular?

Love how you paired the top with the lace. The boots look like they have buttons. Can we get another look at these?

Love the Missoni top! I was planning to do my Missoni shopping online, but considering I couldn't access the Target site until 11:30pm Tuesday night, all the good stuff was gone. Guess it wasn't meant to be?!?!
