The Urban Jungle Called Kindergarten!

Skirt, Vest-Old Navy/Shirt-Loft/Shoes-OTBT/Jewelry F21, Vita, Jewelmint, Lori's

If you look closely, you will notice the vest is studded...by me.  I was inspired by Terra of Stylish White Female to take this basic vest and funk it up! I used stars on the bottom pockets and circular studs on the top.  Such a fun and easy DIY!

Today was meet the teacher day for Jack...very exciting.  Besides meeting his new teacher, whom I think is wonderful, Jack found his locker, desk and already made a few new friends.  Jack is very outgoing and pretty much introduced himself to everyone in the class.  Tomorrow is his first real day... He is so excited, me, I am just trying to hold it together...my baby is starting Kindergarten!!!

Great job on the vest! Where did you get the studs? I've looked @ Joann's and they don't have any :(

It was great to meet you on Saturday!

That vest is so cute!! Love it!

I think there should be a pause button just so that we can stop every once in a while and soak up the little ones while they're still litte!! They grow up too fast!

I like your vest, and I hope Jack's first day goes smoothly.

Kindergarten! It is pretty crazy how quickly the time goes, isn't it? I think the vest turned out great! I wish I was craftier.

Oooh, I love the studded vest! Nicely done :)

Kindergarten scares me, I'm not going to lie. I imagine I'll be a wreck when that time comes!

Hang in there momma, you will make it through! Glad your little one is so eager for school. My daughter was total opposite, cried till she made herself sick. It about killed me to leave her. Looking forward to all your kindergarten updates!
